Executive coaching is the most effective way to develop individual leaders. A coaching relationship can help identify and develop leadership competencies you need to succeed - as well as confronting the things that might get in your way. Coaching can be the turning point in your leadership journey - a compass to help you build confidence, secure commitment, and inspire others to follow you. |

Coaching Process |
Our executive coaching focuses on your development, in the context of your organization's mission and strategy, as well as the challenges of your business environment. |
• Strategically directed, concrete action towards your personal growth as a leader • Laser focus on changes you need to make, in the context of your situation and environment • Candid, constructive feedback to ensure you stay on track • Engagement of stakeholders in your development: managers, peers, subordinates, and others you select |
Every coaching relationship begins with a complementary, one-on-one interview. Together, we'll determine if there's a good fit between us for a coaching relationship - if not, we can recommend others for you. From there, the process depends on your situation and budget, but includes the following elements: • An face-to-face meeting with you (one-on-one), to establish goals and commitments for the coaching engagement • Meetings with your stakeholders • Assessment instruments, preferably 360's. We can use existing ones, or provide them for you. • Ongoing meetings between us, either face-to-face or via phone • Checkpoints with you and your stakeholders to assess progress towards goals • A closure (or if needed, re-contracting) meeting at the end of the coaching engagement |
