How we work with our clients |
Every engagement begins with a needs assessment - a discussion between us to understand your needs, get to know each other, and determine whether or not we're a good fit. All engagements are led and managed by Carmen Lamar. Additional consultants are used as needed, either through our partner, Linkage, Inc., or from our extensive network of specialists. The decision to use additional resources will be made as we scope the project, and resumes of individual consultants will be provided for you. Our approach is more facilitative than directive. For example, in strategic planning, the outcome is more than a plan. Your key stakeholders are engaged from the start, so that they have ownership and understanding of the results. In the process, you gain knowledge and confidence in what it takes to execute your plan. You build critical alliances, and create a solid foundation for successful implementation.
