Pre-Work Take part in an introductory interview to identify your developmental coaching needs and complete one of the program's assessment tools |
Post-Work • Receive two-and-a-half hours of follow-up coaching with your Master Coach • Participate in three live development webinars on specific, timely coaching topics • Produce a written case study based on ten+ hours of coaching a client • Recommended post-work completion is within 12 months |
